It is very important that you have a pre-formed group that is ready to cruise, and make sure you know the type of cruise your group wants. If your group books at least eight cabins, we will give your group one free cruise, called a "Tour Conductor" for every eight cabins booked. Sixteen booked cabins earns one free cabin (2 passengers). Port charges and taxes still have to be paid, but the cruise rate is free. This policy may vary by cruise line. As a rule, a minimum of 16 full-fare guests occupying a minimum of eight staterooms on the same sailing date constitutes a group. Third through fifth berth guests do no count toward meeting group size requirements. Early Booking The earlier you book, the lower you can expect the rates to be and the better the selection of cabins. Early booking also allows more time for your group members to save up for their cruise payments. Deposits and Group Space Most cruise lines require an initial deposit per person to hold a cabin. About four to six months prior to sailing, a second larger deposit is due. The remainder is usually due about 70 days prior to sailing. Payments and Tickets ~Seabreezes~ will handle all the paperwork and invoicing for your group. We will send only one confirmation per cabin. Your group members will also have the option of purchasing trip protection insurance that will protect them from cancellation fees as well as offering other benefits. This information will be sent along with their deposit confirmation. Bon Voyage Gifts Depending on the size of your group and the length of the cruise, it may also be possible to include a bon voyage gift for each stateroom. Earn credits while you cruise!
